Installation process
- Purchase your charger from our online store (if you have any queries, please contact us and a member of our team will assist you).
- Ensure your home charging equipment installation is carried out by a qualified electrician. Click here to find your nearest EV chargepoint installer. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will be happy to help you find one.
- Please note that most manufacturers require approved installers to be used to ensure the product's warranty is valid and to provide support during the installation process.
- Contact your chosen installer: they will either send you an online survey to complete or conduct a physical survey of the site (this information is used to assess the complexity of your installation and indicate if you will need any extra work).
- Review your quotation and schedule your installation.

The EV chargepoint grant provides funding of up to 75% towards the cost of installing electric vehicle smart chargepoints at domestic properties across the UK. It replaced the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS) on 1 April 2022. Click here for more information as well as lists of:
