INSTALLATION

Installation process

  1. Purchase your charger from our online store (if you have any queries, please contact us and a member of our team will assist you).
  2. Ensure your home charging equipment installation is carried out by a qualified electrician. Click here to find your nearest EV chargepoint installer. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will be happy to help you find one.
  3. Please note that most manufacturers require approved installers to be used to ensure the product's warranty is valid and to provide support during the installation process.
  4. Contact your chosen installer: they will either send you an online survey to complete or conduct a physical survey of the site (this information is used to assess the complexity of your installation and indicate if you will need any extra work).
  5. Review your quotation and schedule your installation.
